A huge crowd of devotees has gathered in Kedarnath Dham on the eve of the opening of the doors of the Kedarnath temple. Devotees have arrived here from every corner of the country, and have come to witness the auspicious occasion of the opening of the doors.
The doors of Kedarnath Dham will open with due rituals at 7 am on Friday. Bhole Baba will give darshan to the devotees here for the next six months. More than ten thousand devotees have reached Kedarnath Dham before the opening of the doors. There is a lot of enthusiasm among the devotees.
Kedarpuri is resonating with the chants of Baba
The entire Kedarpuri is resonating with the chants of Bhole Baba. Devotees have arrived for darshan from various states of the country including Delhi, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana. There is a huge crowd of devotees at the Yatra halts including Gaurikund, Sonprayag, Guptkashi.
The district administration has claimed to ensure all kinds of arrangements on the occasion of opening of the gates. Security, cleanliness, traffic and health services have been improved so that the devotees do not face any inconvenience. Police force, disaster relief teams and medical staff have been deployed in the temple premises.
There is an atmosphere of excitement among the local traders and pilgrimage priests as this time is also very important from the economic point of view.
Kedarnath temple complex decorated with 101 quintals of flowers
On the occasion of opening of the gates of the world famous Kedarnath Dham, the temple has been decorated with 101 quintals of flowers. Along with the temple, other kunds including Shankaracharya Samadhi and Bhairavnath temple are also being decorated with flowers.
Kedarnath temple has been specially decorated. Earlier, it was decorated with only 10 quintals of flowers, but this time the temple committee has said that it will be decorated with 101 quintals of flowers.
Temple committee administrative officer Yudhvees Singh Pushpavan said that the temple has been decorated in a grand manner by the flower committee from Rishikesh, Gujarat. Devotees are also reaching in large numbers to see this attractive decoration of the temple. The fragrance and grandeur of colorful flowers is giving the temple an even more divine aura.
Strictness on drone flying in Kedarnath Dham
Drones will not be able to fly in Kedarnath Dham without permission, while permission has been sought from the administration to fly drones. As per the rules, permission will be given only after getting a no objection certificate from Badri-Kedar Temple Committee, Police and Tourism Department.
Veereshwar Tomar, the nodal officer of drone system, said that three people have sought permission for the Kapatotsav on the first day in Kedarnath. For this, all the necessary documents and papers in accordance with the standards have been sought from the concerned. Permission will be given only after completing all the procedures as per the film policy and getting a no objection certificate from the Badri-Kedar Temple Committee, Tourism Department and Police.
Vehicles will not be parked on the main road in Tilwada
Tilwada: In view of the upcoming Chardham Yatra, it was decided in a meeting of the police administration and the trade union in Tilwada that vehicles should not be parked on the side of the main market road, if a two-wheeler is found broken on the road, then challan action will be taken at the police level.
The police appealed to the traders and local people to provide their cooperation in organizing the travel arrangements, so that the devotees do not have to face jams and other problems. Many people including outpost in-charge Javed Ali, Tilwada, trade union president Surendra Dutt Saklani, general secretary Kamlesh Nautiyal, Guman Singh Aswal, police constable Bhupendra were present in the meeting.
