They say a hero is only as good as their villain, and here, defeating the villain seems difficult. In the last scene of the teaser, Amma reaches Rani Mukerji’s house and lets out a terrifying laugh.

Who Is Mallika Prasad?

Mallika Prasad, who plays the terrifying villain Amma in ‘Mardaani 3’, has grabbed everyone’s attention within minutes of the trailer’s release. Mallika Prasad is an actress, director, educator, and theatre artist. Born in Bengaluru, Mallika Prasad earned a Master’s degree in Performance Making from Goldsmiths College, University of London. Later, she enrolled in the National School of Drama, where she completed a postgraduate diploma in acting.

She made her film debut with the 1999 film ‘Kanooru Hegadithi’. She played the lead actress in the 2001 film ‘Guptagamini’. She is a well-known name among Kannada audiences, and ‘Mussanje Katha Prasanga’, ‘Garva’, and ‘Magha Mayuri’ are some of her commendable works.

She Has Worked In These Films.

Besides this, she was also seen in Konkona Sen and Manoj Bajpayee’s series Killer Soup. She also worked in Anurag Kashyap’s Almost Pyaar with DJ Mohabbat. Mallika Prasad also directed a short film titled ‘For My Ella’, which won her the Outstanding Achievement Award at the Sundarbans International Film Festival and the Los Angeles Indie Short Film Festival.
